Will come with 2, 24" long pieces of 1.25x.083 4130 tubing(will need coped to fit your axle) upper and lower plates used for gussets double as driveshaft safety loop mounts.
If ordered with safety loop it will come with 3d printed alignment tool to get the loop aligned properly.
Driveshaft safety loop is the same unit i make for 9" axles. 7/8" x .065" 4130 tubing.
